We kept hiking up, towards Nevada Falls. This is before the hail storm started.

Many miles later, after the rain and hail, we're looking back at Vernal and Nevada Falls from across the valley. We hiked ~13 miles this day, with ~5500 feet total ascent.

on Monday Dav's knee said "no" to hiking. We rented bikes instead.

This is just the first portion of Mirror Lake, I assume it gets much bigger and mirror-like further on.
