Rich posted Schuyler's dymaxion map creator in #infoanarchy, so I used it to write a perl script that plots the headmap XML data onto a dymaxion map (same XML data used by geosphere).
This only took a few minutes. The Geogeeking zeitgeist seems to be accelerating :)

Hey man,
Really cool website. I've been looking for a Dymaxion plotter for my website. We're in the charity biz... helping people stop smoking in the US and using their unsmoked cigarettes to help rebuild the third world. Did you need bfi.org permission to put the map on your site? Can we use your plotter? Would you like to help us do other things? We're just starting out but I think this is going to be very cool. We need smart people. Let me know what you think and let me know how I can look at the other comments. There should be 554 but I can't seem to access them unless they are about to appear right now.
Thanks.
Marcelo.
